We Built Mouse On House for You

Our story may seem familiar if you've ever gone online searching for a rental property. The first time we did, it seemed like a great idea, but we actually found the process a little frustrating. We found only a handful of pictures available to show us what the properties looked like, and not much other information to help us make a decision.

Although we tried hard to visualize various rooms of the houses - where the kids would sleep, where we would eat, and on and on - our imaginations could only take us so far. We finally selected the house that offered the most pictures simply because it was the only one that provided more of the information we really needed to know about the property.

Later, when we purchased an investment rental property, we were determined to provide a better way for our prospective renters to learn more about it. We considered a few options such as offering a traditional 360-degree virtual tour online, but realized it wouldn't provide a complete representation of the house, such as how rooms are laid out, which floors they are located on and how they are connected to each other.

That's when it hit us: "It would be great if we could see a floor plan of the whole house, mouse over a room and see a picture of it!"

We knew we were onto something. The result was Mouse On House, which we founded in 2003. Today we service over 500 companies and have more than 20 team members who help us sell and support our innovative product through excellent customer service. And, we think you will agree that Mouse On House has become an essential interactive tool that not only complements rental properties, but also fits perfectly with sale properties.
